The design of the new Weltrade office aims to fulfil a two-part brief by firstly providing a fun, creative yet professional workplace, and secondly by providing a space to allow for the operation of multimedia teaching on the ground floor.

Upon entry, a prominent wayfinding feature leads visitors to the Weltrade office on the mezzanine level. The office design aims to foster a communal working environment whilst still ensuring adequate workplace efficiency and acoustic treatment. The working space takes full advantage of natural light and views. The primary meeting room sits adjacent to the entry stairs making it convenient for visiting clients and staff members.

The more structured work space is complimented by a relaxed and playful area which is located deeper into floorplate. This area houses a secondary informal meeting area (ping-pong / dining table) and a laid-back zone for Friday afternoon drinks.
