BUILDING EFFICIENCY

Presitu is an exploration of an ERD development concept. It investigates the potential of providing refined luxury at a budget price-point in the form of prefabricated single bedroom dwellings. These structures can be easily transported and located on properties with existing structures or in remote or rarely inhabited locations. The design of each structure strives to maximise the functionality of the prefabricated elements including complete ‘close-down’ capability while still providing the inhabitant with design luxuries such as natural materials, open-plan living and outdoor amenity.
