Specialty Disability Accommodation (SDA)

In partnership with Vera Living and other NDIS organisations, ERD has worked on the design and development of a range of bespoke SDA residential projects including 4-bed single level homes and 2-bed apartments. These projects and design outcomes support people living with a disability. They cater for High Physical Support occupants and aim to help them live their life inclusively and independently.
